Rationale
Developing effective management skills is essential to the success of the organization. Managers need to develop and refine skills in the key areas of performance management, team development, communication, delegation, and conflict resolution. This course reviews these skills in a practical way which is immediately transferable to the workplace.
Objectives

§  Understanding what makes teams succeed or fail
§  Utilizing strategies to improve effectiveness of teams
5.            Effective Delegation
§  Knowing what you should and shouldn’t delegate
§  The process of effective delegation
§  The benefits of delegation
6.            Conflict Management
§  Understanding the power of proactive conflict resolution
§  Seeing conflict as a basis for creativity
§  Methods for resolving conflict effectively
      7.Integration,Q & A
